Individual legal needs survey
We are in the process of commissioning triennial large-scale survey of how individual consumers respond to legal problems. We expect to publish the findings in April 2019 and these will be available on our research web pages. This will include undertaking follow up work to ensure that key findings are shared and feed into other work.
