| 02 December 2008 | Legal Services Board issues open letter to regulators | The Chief Executive (Designate) of the Legal Services Board Chris Kenny has today sent an open letter to each of the approved regulators designated under the Legal Services Act 2007. The letter deals with the issue of appointments to independent regulatory boards and it follows recent public comment from the Board's chairman, David Edmonds, and from the approved regulators themselves. |
