This research builds on earlier research which showed that consumers respond to legal needs in a range of ways. |

Professor John Maule and Linstock Communications draw on experiences from the finance, health and other sectors to see whether or not existing experiences and tools can assist legal services consumers. The ruling supports the LSB’s decision to approve the joint scheme to assure the quality of criminal advocacy put forward by the SRA, BSB, and IPS via the Joint Advocacy Group. |
