LSB makes further SRA rule approval

Schedule 4 of the Legal Services Act 2007 provides that Approved Regulators must obtain approval from the LSB to alter any of their Regulatory Arrangements. The Legal Services Board has approved an application from the SRA:

Application made by the Solicitors Regulation Authority Board to the Legal Services Board under Part 3 of Schedule 4 of the Legal Services Act for the approval of alterations to Regulatory Arrangements in respect of the Professional Indemnity Insurance arrangements for 2010.
