LSB publishes draft Section 69 Order

The Board has today launched a consultation on a draft Order to modify the functions of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (the SRA) and the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (the CLC) so that those bodies could carry out their roles more effectively. This will be carried out under Section 69 of the Legal Services Act 2007.

The consultation on the draft Order will close at 2pm on Thursday 21 April.
