Chief Executive writes to ARs on Schedule 5

18 April 2011

The Chief Executive Chris Kenny has today written to his counterparts across the Approved Regulators to invite their views on whether the Board ought to recommend to the Lord Chancellor that the transitional period for all authorised persons be ended.

This follows up on proposals made by the LSB on the length of the transiitonal period as part of the ABS licensing regime.
